  • 2004-2005: Exchange semester in Toulouse, France
  • 2009: Promotion at the clinic und policlinic for neurology of the „Klinikum rechts der Isar“. Dissertation: „Force level independent representations of predictive grip force-load force coupling: a PET activation study“.

Work experience

  • 1997: Degree as a Paramedic as part of the civil service
  • Since 2002: Member of the young french-german philharmony with annual opera-, symphonic- and chamber music projects including radio recordings and tours. Since 2008 as translator
  • 2002: Clinical elective in Tennant Creek, Australia
  • 2004-2005: Clinical elective at the Hôpital Joseph Ducuing, service de médecine in Toulouse, France
  • 2006: Symphonic master-class under Sir Colin Davis in Munich
  • 2006: concert-master in the JSO-München
  • 2007-2009: Resident physician in the ward of internal medicine at the BAKB, Hamburg
  • Since 2009: Postdoc fellow at the IMMM, Hannover
  • Until 2009: Concert master and member of the executive commitee of the LJO-Hamburg
