Current projects
- physiologic effects of playing and listening to music
- specific projects focus on the management of fatigue in high-level musicians, and the impact of playing and listening to music on the autonomic nervous system and health-related quality of life
- aims:
- to inform healthier and more productive practice planning in high-level musicians
- to determine how playing and listening to music can be used to reduce non-communicable disease risk (e.g. cancer; heart disease) in the general population
